The post where I forgot to post!

I totally forgot to post about the sequin skirt I bought from Ally clothing! I had been scouting for a sequin skirt for ages, but they were all to expensive. Than I stumbled upon a $30 one in Ally, yay. Lots of pinning style ideas for it.

Mac me up

So sad, my last day in New York! I did do a MAC haul before I left, I had o - everything was half price! Igot a beautiful red lipstick and pencil, face and body makeup and three eye pencils - quite restrained really! 

The US Zara sale haul

After being frustrated about the lack of clothes in NY, I finally a stumbled upon an awesome Zara sale. For $140 I got a pair of to die for boots that I had actually been coveting for ages, a green blazer, a leather sleeve blazer, an awesome fit pair of black jeans. Also did one last Sephora haul of a Clinique chubby lip stick and some Aragan Oil. Makeup is so cheap in The US it makes me cry. 

Polka dots and style inspiration.

Can you believe Elle Macpherson is 50, I wish I looked this amazing! I own similar pieces to what Elle is wearing do I'm definitely pin interesting this outfit! Took my Coles Mix Apparel jeans black polka dot jeans to New York, love these jeans such a bargain! 

I love denim

I thought I pulled off the denim pinafore I bought from ValleyGirl, until I saw how much Jessica

Alba got smashed online for the overalls she wore - I thought she looked awesome! 

I heart New York

New York is awesome! Went to Macy's and got my wish list Michael Kors bag. I am so glad that I couldn't find this online earlier as I would of bought the larger tote which I actually didn't love in person and got the smaller cross bag.

Sephora heaven

In New York and I spent all my spending money at Sephora straight up. Omg, all my wish list makeup, skincare, hair are and perfume really cheap all in one place!! Haul = Marc Jacobs daisy perfume, flowerbomb perfume, Bobbi Brown foundation, concealer, bronzer, powder and lip gloss. Benefit three cheek tints and bad gal mascara, Dior mascara, Oscar blandi shampoo, bumble and bumble surf spray, nars orgasm multistick, loccitine hand cream and other random skin stuff. Still have more on my wish list - if only the did international posting! 

The perfect pants

I really really want these cool black cigarette pants that Cara is wearing. They probably look awesome because Cara is a supermodel, but still they are perfect for my wardrobe!! Have not seen any anywhere, will continue search...

Getting fit

I have been eating way to many peanuts with wine lol. And not exercising, these photos prove that even Kate Moss can't get away with that kind of behavior! Currently flying out to New York whoop whoop! Loving my new at shoes. 

Slowly replenishing my shoe collection

After this years epic shoe loss, I have managed to replenish some of it! Latest stock up from Rubi shoes - a pair of $10 wedges and a pair of $30 cat loafers I have been trying to find for ages, yay! The wedges are very tall lol, but they were only $10.....and I got my daughter matching cat glitter shoes.

talking about vanity sizing

OMG, Coles Mix Apparel really do vanity sizing!  I am more like a size 11 in jeans, but when my jeans turned up in size ten they were miles too big!  Omg!  Luckily I have a one in my local Coles so wandered there in the hope that they had the range.  And they did hurray, although I did have to grab the last size 8 black polka dot jeans off the mannequin haha.  And I also bought two polka dot shirts as they were only $8 each -  crazy cheap!! Today I finally went to the nail salon and got my nails done and I also got Game of Thrones out from the library..omg its a huge book!  hope it is as good as the tv show.

The post where I go postal on my polkadots jeans

Found a pair of polka dot jeans at Valleygirl on sale for $20. I figured they were perfect to experiment on to make them ripped. That's right, ripped. I was stalking One Teaspoon baggies (jeans)' and saw that there was a polka dot version - but I didn't love them and they were $150! But the dilemma I'm facing is how ripped, I just started with one knee - I will see how I go lol. I think it will look cooler the more distressed it comes with wearing.

Coles Mix Apparel lured me into buying four pieces of cheap polka dot clothing pieces. Three jeans and a cardi - all for $78 what a bargain though!

 

Stealing outfits from my daughter....

I have fallen in love with denim pinafores. You know - a denim overall dress! Clearly I missed out on having one in the 90's and now I must have one. It's an irrational impulse that I tried to deny. But then I saw the perfect one in ValleyGirl for $29.95 - sold! I have been pinning some outfit ideas, hoping to avoid looking like my one year old daughter when she wears her denim overall dress lol.
