Skorts me up!

My brief holiday in the warmth has ended but I did manage to wear both my skorts hurray! So tempted to pick up the other colours (red and royal blue) while overseas......  Must avoid Zara for a while and save my money :-).  While surfing the internet on my holiday, I found a picture of Jessica Alba wearing my blue Zara blazer!  Best Ebay bargains ever they were!

Am not having a 'lay on the beach' holiday, but still managing to have some down time. Probs cause I'm not spending time shopping, I have had time to catch up on blog and magazine reading. Found a cool new website: StyleStalk and heaps of cool instagram people to follow :-). And of course did some pininteresting! I'm actually starting to not even miss shopping, who knew I would do so well at a spending ban ;-). 

Taming the shrew

My hair is driving me nuts. It's just a little bit uncontrollable and needs a lot of extra love at the moment. I'm probably just being a diva because its usually so easy, but now I have to buy all sorts of hair products to tame it. Starting to look for inspiration about what to do with it! Got to pull out my white skorts finally, love my skorts! They now come in royal blue and red - I'm tempted! 

Summer lovin

An on sabbatical in the warm northern weather! Am loving the respite from the cold. Though I haven't had a Chance to really get into winter outfits, my weather style up app has been suggesting great ones and I'm still waiting to embrace Winter properly! 

The post where my daughter enabled me

My shopping ban came unstuck when my daughter stopped at Oroton to look at this bag. For real, I never look at Oroton it was all baby G. Good taste an good budget spotting my daughter has, I thought about buying a similar Marc Jacobs pink one but it was smaller and one hundred dollars more! Today I got way to excited about prints and patterns. But I think I got away with it...

Shopping ban attempted fail.

I went just 'for a look' at Zara and found the perfect tulip skirt for work. I decided to go back the next day to real my shopping ban to get it, and it is nowhere to be seen! Totally crazy that Zara change up their stock so quick. There was plenty of stock the day before and then nobody in Zara could find it! Cray cray but meant I didn't break my shopping ban after all lol. Today was a bit blue and pulled out the collar bling with my royal blue Zara blazer and really old pair of Kmart flats! 

Make me up!

In New York we will be staying within walking distance to Sephora.  Sephora is the mecca of cosmetic stores - kinda like Mecca Cosmetics here in Australia - but of course cheap US prices (please Aus dollar stay strong!!).  My wish list is not huge, but I definitely want some Clinique chubby pencils - they are more than half price at Sephora than in Aus, I love the one chubby lip pencil I have and have wanted more for ages- yay!  After cancelling my Lusthaveit subscription, I am working on getting rid of all my clutter in my beauty trays - SO much clutter!
